chaste wrote:Where did you get the 130-140mm for the length of the cb6k? When I measure mine, I know the cage size is 82.55mm, and with the smallest spacer it adds about an inch (25.4mm), so it works out to be about 108mm total length.
What about the distance from the base to where the ring usually sits? With every device I've ever had (a lot), I've never seen the ring sit exactly where the base is, with my cb6k it sits about .5-1 inch down from where the base starts - even with the smallest ring I can possibly get on, which is far too right. Does that not factor in to the overall length of the device you are ordering? For instance, I measure about 100-105mm, but take that gap into account and the length of my device should be about 85-90mm, shouldn't it?
Oh yes! Exactly! That is exactly the point: you're right. Does Dietmar want the measure from the base of the skin? or from the base of the device? (ring)
Anyway...
I think I'm gonna buy a Crossfire, which is a little different from the Steelheart because it has some openings at the end of the tube which allows to pee by simply curving the penis head with a finger (or a q-tip). This way, there's less need to clean the device because no pee remains inside. That's my point of view, but let's go further to another (i think and hope the LAST ONE

) question:
After many many measurments, I stated that my penis is between 70mm and 80mm (just the penis). It becomes 100-110mm counting the scrotum too (from base of the skin to head of penis). I wrote these numbers to Dietmar and he suggested me to make a total-lenght of 110m. But a steel device is much heavier than a plastic one (CB-6000), and (in my case) if I put a steel ring on, it doesn't perfectly stay at the base of the scrotum, but goes a little down.. and hold still at a certain position.. (like "chaste" say in the previous post). So I think that the total length of the device (to give to Dietmar) should be shorter than 110! (Except if Dietmar's rings perfectly fit at the base of the scrotum, but I don't think they're different from other steel rings..)
I was also thinking that I could use an elastic to support the tube in a more orizzontal position (rather than vertical): this way, the ring should stop going down after a while, due to the device weight.
In addition, I also have a 30$ chastity belt bought from ebay (it's a CB-Zero fake copy) which has a tube of 70mm and a total lenght of 83mm, and i fill it very well; however, the poor construction and design of the cage cause me some pain in the skin (at the connection between cage and ring, for example). But the penis fill it very well, so I think that approximately these are my right measures for a steel device. 80mm of total length, with 70 of tube. Should I specify to Dietmar the tube-length or I just have to say: "80 total"? He seems to prefer working on the total directly.
What do you think? Am I wrong thinking that Dietmar starting advice (110m total) is really too long for me? That would works only if the ring would stay at the top base of the scrotum...
For what concern the diameter.. my CB-6000 diameter is 30mm (160$ original, what a pity.. they said it was 35mm but it's 35 just in the end.. for the penis head... the entrance (for half the size) is 30mm.. which is really little for me (i am 34-35mm in 90% of the penis, plus a little point where I am 38mm.. but it's a very small part of my penis. The ebay-cbzero instead, (30$) is 35 mm, which looks very well for me. The penis enter with ease.
Lastly, for the top-gap between ring and tube, you think it's ok Dietmar's standard of 5mm?
After many and many thoughts and ideas, I would go for the following measures:
Diameter of tube: 35 mm (my penis is 34.5, I ignore the little part where is 38)
Diameter of A-Ring: 47 mm (On the plastic CB6000 i feel confortable with 50mm but can stay with 47 too; with the steel instead, 45mm cause me stomach ache)
Total Length: 80mm (my total length is 105-110mm but the ring go down for about 35 mm)
After many many researches and measurments (and your helping posts), If you (experts) say that these should be ok, I e-mail Dietmar and order the device
