Note that for the steelworx cages, I have two locks, one with two keys, one with one key. If you take the one with one key, I'll drop $8 off the price.
Generally changing cage diameter means replacing the cage entirely and changing A ring involves replacing A ring, so making both of those adjustments involves replacing everything
