Ideas for punishment?

My KH and I are looking for new ways that she can punish me when I disobey her. As mentioned in other posts, she has made me eat my own cum, sleep on the floor, take cold showers, extra chores around the house. We are both looking for more ideas for punishments. Just bear in mind that my wife and i are new to this, and she is not (yet) into any extreme types of S&M, so no spanking, ball busting, caning, or anything like that. She has also mentioned that she doesn't want to treat me like she has another kid. So no "grounding me" or taking away tv privelages, or anything like that.

I have been reasearching different types of punishments on other sites, but most are too extreme for my KH right now. I did see a few she may go for: like locking my device via a chain to a fixed object and keeping me there in a kind of "timeout".

If ianyone could share punishments they have received or ideas for punishments, it would be greatly appreciated.

Try this one. I purchased a while back a pair of locking padded leather fist mitts. When she requires me to undergo some behavior modifications I am locked in these for a period of 24 hours. Needless to say I am not leaving the house and talk about restrictive. I've lost the use of my fingers and it's no fun. Try that for 24 hours and it will change your future behavior.

That might work for *you*, but for many others it would not. There are those, keyholders and locked alike, for whom the draw is forced/enforced chastity and power exchange. The threat of ending chastity as a result of disobedience carries the inherent implication that the male has choice and power, he can choose to end it by the simple expedient of doing something 'wrong'.

It may work if your KeyHolder is simply indulging your kink and lacks any real interest in control, otherwise, it is ineffective and not an option as it would be contrary to the goals.

If someone who is locked in chastity really wanted to get out, believe me they could. But, for this exchange to work you have to have 2 WILLING participants. Now, if the male doesn't want to participate anymore, believe me when I say that he could get out of the cage and end it right there. So by saying that if the behavior continues that the KH doesn't want to participate, the male will change if he truly wants to continue with the lifestyle.

Just a little update, the wifey did punish me. We kind of took a spin off of the cold shower punishment she sometimes gives me. This one was much better. She stripped me naked, handcuffed me to a washcloth rack in the shower, and turned on the cold water. She left me there for about 10 minutes before she came back. She laughed at my suffering as I shivered in the cold water, she told me to correct my behavior, and then she let me out.

Are you into anal play? If yes, a punishment in case you have been naughty could be wearing a butt plug for a few hours straight. At the beginning you will feel it pleasurable but after some time your sphincter muscles will start to feel sore and you will feel enough discomfort to want it out of you.

If you have said something you shouldn't, your wife could punish you enforcing your 'silence' by locking a ballgag on you.

A soft S&M punishment could be bondage. You can easily find videos online explaining how to do that. Few hours blocked in an uncomfortable position will make you think about your mistakes.

If she is really upset, have her locking you penis up with some nettle leaves. You will deeply regret whatever you have done.

This is actually one of my 'Limits'. I hate cold water/showers...which sometimes seems strange since when I was a kid I swam in the ocean in the NE. But I really, really, REALLY hate it.

And it is what makes 'enforced' chastity truly work as forced/enforced (for us)- Although it is a 'limit', it can be applied as a penalty for [attempted] escape of the device, particularly for the purpose of unauthorized stimulation and orgasm, or for failing to submit to restraints. Our 'Rules' stipulate that if I attempt to evade her control in these cases then she can use it as a punishment, even if it is necessary to restrain me while I am asleep in order to regain control and apply the penalty. (Along with some other things, and the penalties increase in the event of additional violations.)

It works because it is absolutely not 'funishment', I would not 'enjoy' it in the slightest, I can't think of anything I would dislike more...*and*, I know that she is absolutely capable of imposing this penalty- although she has an issue with 'hurting' me, as in the case of corporal discipline, she does not view it in the same way. She doesn't see a cold shower as being 'that bad'.
