best chastity device for long term

im new to this, im unsure about the terminology, or whats out there. i was wondering what products out there that's good for the next 2-3 years on.

i was curious if a PA piercing is needed for long term chastity devices. and was also curious about cleaning, whats safe and if you need to sit down to go to the bathroom
