As the title says, my bestfriend is my key holder and she doesn't even know it. I currently don't have anyone in my life to be my key holder so I have been trying to find a way round it. 2 weeks ago I finally figured a way, I gave the keys to my her and told her I'm saving some money and these were the keys to a safe box. She happily agreed to hold the keys for 1 month! Usually when I wear my device, I enjoy the time I'm locked but knowing I can unlock it at any point isn't fun. Now I'm 2 weeks in and am enjoying it in a whole new way as I know there's no escape for me. I'm half tempted to ask for the keys just to feel what it's like being denied! For anyone that also doesn't have a key holder, try it out! Thanks.

This forum has a few things going that make it different from a lot of other online groups that would appear to be similar. One is that we tend to be mainly vanilla-ish oriented (i.e., we don't have a large BDSM member base). We don't really discuss the idea of consent, but that's probably because most of us are already in relationships. You are not, and you're letting your desire for kink overshadow your ethical judgment. You are both lying to your friend, and you are using her for sexual gratification, without her consent or knowledge. That's not cool at all.

There are plenty of online keyholding services, times lockboxes, or other means to prevent you from opening your lock. Please use one of those instead of being unethical with your friend.
