newbie asking for advice on buying cb

hi, I am always fascinated about a T-shape like chastity belt from neosteel/mysteel and sometimes carrara. However, I don't want to invest hundreds of dollars before getting the size of my waist down, my waist is 39inch now. I've got a few short questions here and I'm looking for someone who r experienced in CB to help answering. Thank you

1. Is there any T-shape like belt such that there is large range of adjustment so that it could also fit me when my waist goes down to 34inch or 32inch or 30inch? (I am only fat at the belly so I am confident of getting fit in some years)

2. If it is not possible for question 1, I'd like to ask for purchase advice on CB (not necessarily T-shape like but more economic one) which is comfortable and easy to clean (urine part) for long-term wearing (at least a few weeks). My purpose is to reduce sex and handjob myself. I am 30-yr-old now but I still cum at least once a day by either sex or handjob. I feel it largely affects my normal life but I just can't control by myself.

Are you a skellington? 'cos 39 cm is only 15 inches. 30 cm is 12-1/2 inches.
