Public speaking while locked

Post by Ringo »

I have now been locked in the new Jail Bird for 8 days – continuously apart from a few minutes release in order to make some minor adjustments to the device.

Yesterday was quite a momentous occasion for me because it was the first time I have been locked while running a seminar and workshop involving speaking to a group of delegates. In the past I have always been released for these occasions, but with the arrival of the JB, Mrs Ringo seems very keen to have me locked much more, for much longer and for all occasions.

Silly perhaps, but I confess I was really quite nervous about standing up to speak in front of a group of people while locked in the device.

I did not mention my nervousness to my wife before the event, I just sort of assumed she would let me out of the JB for the day. She didn’t.

Afterwards, when I told her about my feelings, she seemed very surprised it would bother me at all. In fact I felt strangely proud that I had managed so well – I actually felt as if I really was doing it for her.

Does anyone else suffer nervousness about wearing a device while public speaking or working in public? It’s not so much concern about the device showing, I know it doesn’t. It’s but more the psychological side of being a denied and locked husband under public scrutiny.

The fact that my wife and I run these workshops together and that she is in the audience when I speak adds a delightful element of a shared secret between us, but there are a whole raft of other emotions running through my mind at the time.

I am told that this evening I will be coming out in order to shave smoothly. My wife does not much like pubic hair and especially dislikes prickly balls. So they are shaved at least once every week. I do my best to shave while locked but it is not entirely effective.

I have little doubt that after a shave I will be back in the JB.

Life is good and I love her.

I worked in the public sector for years (semi-retired now) and did quite a but of teaching. Didn't really remember it affecting me that much and now when I do instruct I don't think about it at all.

In a way, though, it's kind of a variation from the old adage for public speaking. That is, "Picture the audience naked." How about, "Picture the audience naked in chastity."

I had to do that a little Just Today! I was up in front of a few people, but I was so very nervous. It all went fine in my BON4. If anyone saw anything I think they either thought nothing, "good for him" (bulge if they even noticed), or I don't care because my junk is none of their business!

I had a bit of stress about this in the past, but this is the second time I've been continuously locked for more than a week this year and nobody at work has shown any evidence of noticing. I don't worry at all anymore about anyone noticing my package looks bigger. However, being locked does affect my libido, and I am wondering if there will be a point where people at work notice me behaving differently.

i'm up in front of people all the time at work, and that is part of the reason that until recently i was always unlocked at work. i remember when we first explored chastity, however, that even though i was unlocked at work, i was on such an emotional roller coaster that i was thinking about being locked up while public speaking. With the introduction of the MM JB and the combination of comfort, low visibility and confidence in the device (that it won't suddenly break at some awkward moment) we went to full time wear, and ironically i hardly think of the device when speaking or doing anything else.
Sincerely,
