It seems to me that it would be healthy for a guy, not specifically me but any guy, to ejaculate 2-3 times in a few days' time every so often. I typically am kept from cumming for 15-20 days at a time, and when I do get to cum, it's one time and back into chastity every time. It seems logical that the prostate needs a good emptying every once in a while for a cleaning, so to speak. When I mentioned this to my keyholder, she just laughed at my wishful thinking (but hey, this was as I was laying there recovering from my rare release, pondering my poor bogged-up gland!) about cumming again once or twice more in coming days to "clean out." She said, "show me the science" and informed me that there'd be no repeats for at least a couple weeks. Is there any solid information out there supporting the need to empty out every so often?

celticqueens_sub is right, it has been discussed quite a bit but it has been a while. I would be interested in hearing how others feel and what their experiences have been.

I will start. I don't worry about it at all. My last ruined orgasm was probably sometime around the first of the year and I don't anticipate another, ruined or otherwise, anytime soon. Unless my wife *needs* something it will most likely be late summer or even early fall (possible air travel) until I am even out of my device again.

I will also add that once I stopped having orgasms my problem with the need to urinate frequently has almost completely gone away. I can tell even after just one ruined orgasm that it returns a little bit for a few days to a week. This experience is the reverse of what I would expect from what I have read about prostate health affecting urination. I have had my prostate checked many, many times over the last 20 years in relation to the frequent urination issue as well as sonograms and even a visual exam of the inside of my bladder (you can imagine how they get in there to see that).

There has been some information that suggests that there may be a link between frequent masturbation/ejaculation and reduced incidence of prostate enlargement/cancer. It is merely a suggestion at this point (AFAIK), I don't think there is any definitive work either way, yet.

I *do* know that after a longish period of time with no ejaculation, my semen seems to have an ugly yellowish tint to it. So, that and the suggestion that ejaculation may be helpful has been enough to prompt me to specify as a 'limit' that there must be at least one orgasm/ejaculation every three months...though I did not preclude 'ruined' orgasms, milking or prostate massage as satisfying that particular condition, it's up to the Mrs. to decide on how...but she has never been able to go more than two months without me getting off inside her, so I'm not too worried about it...though that could change if recent revelations, developments and reduced inhibitions cause some changes in her attitude and actions.
