I don't think guilt should ever be a factor. Having said this, CQ took time to get into her role as my KH and my Domme. So here's a slightly different perspective. Chastity - and more specifically orgasm control - means moving away from the traditional view that lovemaking always culminates in the male orgasm. Just embrace it, don't run calculations on it.
