If you can't get your size/gap issues straightened out with the 6000, you're likely to have trouble with the sizing on an MM device...and that's a bunch of money and not so easy to correct if you get it wrong.

I can't imagine what it is you are doing that this is giving you so much trouble, you just need to find the ring size you need, then make the gap between the cage and the ring small enough that your balls won't fit through it.

TwistedMister has is right. Take your time and just try different size rings for a while. One at a time for a full day for a couple of days. Don't be in a hurry. When you are relaxed and distracted from the ring (while watching TV or anything non-arousing) you should be able to slip 1 finger comfortably between the ring and the top of your penis. Once you find which is comfortable, move on to using the cage with different spacers starting with the longest and working down to the smallest that is comfortable and keeps your balls from popping out.

I think my problem may be in 2 parts. First is i am trying to do this myself with no one helping me. I wish i had someone to do it for me but since i don't, oh well. Second is i am overweight, maybe that is causing a problem. I have been wanting an incentive to lose some weight, so i guess this will do it. I still plan on buying a small version of the cage.

Well i have tried large rings with small spacers, small rings with large spacers and nothing works. I think i am going to buy the sizing rings from Mature Metal and see what i get from them. Then i will probably buy a metal one the size i need.
I wonder if i am having problems cause i am trying to cage myself(no one to do it for me or be a KH), but i can't see how i would. Maybe i am just a complete idiot......

I'm happy with a 2" base ring and 1/4" gap (smaller than typical) and am about to order a wider 1.5" stainless steel cage from MaleChastityNow. I've been back in my old grey CB-3000, which is amazingly comfortable at 1.5" cage ID. I forgot what it's like to have a little breathing room. I agree with the bigger ring, smaller spacer.

I had a difficult time getting the proper fit. I have small testicles (I take Testosterone and it makes your balls smaller and softer) and my scrotum is not a hanger, it is usally tight up against my body. So, I figured I needed a smaller ring (because of my small balls) but they were much too tight and they caused abrasions on my scrotum. It was very uncomfortable, but my balls didn't slip out. I tried larger spacers, it didn't matter, the ring was too tight and it wasn't going to work. So I used a larger ring and the smallest spacer. It does work well for me and it's comfortable except at night ... with the nocturnal erections and morning erections.

My penis is smaller like you, so the 6Ks is perfect for me. It does look quite pathetic, but it fits and it's comfortable. My wife (KH) laughs when she examines me prior to my prostate milking.

It is a tiny cage at about 1.18". The sell it with various ring sizes but you select only one at time of sale. It takes a month to get it from China but it is pretty good quality. The only thing I do not like is the hinged ring but they give you some rubber tubing to put over the hinge. That works to an extent but leaves the two ends of the tubing to rub against you. I fix that with some tape and can wear it for hours. Believe me you are NOT rediculous. It can be daunting to find what works best for you. It will probably be somewhat different than anyone else or at least the majority out there. Like me for example, I have only one testicle since left one removed last year. I have to wear a 2" ring which, if I become way too relaxed can slip loose or start to smash my remaining testicle. Most of the time however when I'm wearing the cage the feeling I get keeps me slightly erect so no problem with that. Only when I forget I'm wearing it does the opportunity arrive for it to begin to smash and irritate me.

My advice is simply to keep trying different combinations or even as I did on occasion obtain a flat strip of polyurethane of low durometer and affix to the inside of the ring. Low Durometer (Soft) Polyurethane has an unusual affinity (attraction) to skin and as such tends to resists movement once placed. It has about the same properties with respect to paper and provides quite a drag against same.
