We have one. I call it my favorite toy. The studs that connect the device can be a bit uncomfortable when she's on top, so you have to bite down harder on the gag to keep them from rubbing on your teeth. But it's worth it.

Guess I should have expounded more on my idea of wearing one.

Your KH places this on you then straps a ball, dildo or ring gag of their choice on you. Then they would decide if the gag only were to be removed for the pleasure hopefully of the both of you.
