Cage length for uncircumcised

Cage length for uncircumcised
Does being uncircumcised make a difference for cage length? Is it best to be tight or have just a little room? Currently in a Bon-4, which I'm usually right at the end. I have to have a non-metallic device for work, but I'm considering a steel one for off time and aren't sure. With my current CB, I can pull my foreskin back and leave it like that, being as the silicon kinda grips my glans, which feels okay without too much stimulation. I know I couldn't do it with an open device, as having the glans rub things would drive me crazy and hurt. I'm 3 1/4" flaccid to the end of my foreskin, which is usually a 1/4 to 1/2" past the end if my glans. Any suggestions on size? Thanks, you guys are awesome.

I'm uncircumcised. I don't think it makes a difference.

Does that mean that the cage should go to the end of the glans or the end of the foreskin?
