I am now in a semi-routine where I am allowed to cum about once per week. During the week we have intercourse almost every day and my wife has orgasms almost every day. Every session lasts about 30minutes.

That is a good idea. But, we have to find one with small diameter. My wife does not like too large objects. For example the first vibrator we bought was too large and we had to buy another with small diameter.

"Cum" is a variant spelling of "come", both as a noun and a verb. Since the past tense of "come" is "came", I think in the sense you used it, "came inside her" would be more proper. At least that's how we say it where I cum from.

Have you considered using numbing cream and a condom? The idea is put enough of the numbing cream on that you don't want to cum but you also keep your erection. Slip the condom over your penis and she can still use you buy you hopefully wont cum

I do not have experience with this as I am pretty well able to hold back but I have read accounts online that seem to indicate it works pretty well

Use multiple condoms until you can't feel much.
