Problems with Jailbird

Hey I have a Jailbird I love it its very comfortable but I am having some problem it seems that after I wear it for about a day or to my right ball cord gets a little swollen it don't hut but it does feel heavy or makes my ball feel heavy it don't feel tight in the devise and suggestions

Write MM.. Could be your gap is wrong or ring sizing is off. I had my gap increased after getting pinched balls and it feels perfect now. Wore for 30 days without a hitch. KH will be locking me in again shortly and probably for a longer duration. Is your problem only in the evenings while sleeping or just after the short duration?

I could put it on right now and I can fill it in about a hour or so

Need to know more information. How much do you fill the cage? How loose is the base ring? Can you put 2 fingers to the first knuckle under it or is it much looser? Are you getting a burning sensation or pinching of the balls? And lastly what are your cage measurements.? length, diameter, gap and base ring size?

I can get 2 fingers under the base ring. I have contacted MM and they said I needed to go down one size I have no burning but it just feels like it hangs at times. I have a 2in ring with 1/2in gap
