one ball escapes at night

I have been using the 3000 for a couple of weeks now and really like it. During the day it seems as if it would be (almost) impossible to get my balls out of it, or atleast very painful to do so.

But, the last three night my left testicle has slipped through the ring while I am sleeping. I am a righty and my left testicle is slightly smaller and higher than my right one. This means that each morning I have to cut the plastic lock, put the device back on, and use a new plastic lock. (My job involves going through metal detectors everyday).

It is a nuisance and I will go through the locks quickly. But, it also means that I would have an opportunity to cheat. I could just tell my wife that I had to cut the lock because my nut popped through again. But, I don't want to cheat and know that I will be tempted to do so.

I was thinking of maybe adding a leather strap somehow at night. Maybe under the testicles and up over the device or something.

Anyboby have this problem? Any ideas?

I've never used a cb-3000, but have you tried a smaller/spacer combination? I've had issues with my left ball escaping, too. It's been smaller/softer since a hernia years ago. Ball escapes have happened with both of my devices, though not at night while sleeping. Going down in spacer size helped with my cb-6000s (reducing the gap).

I used the smallest spacer last night and it happened again. I will try going down a size on the spacer. I just get a little freaked out about the possibility of having something so tight that it could cause damage.

You need to use a smaller base ring and/or close up the gap. It's a matter of finding the correct combination of base ring and spacer sizes.

My left ball tends to escape when my balls get tight...it pulls in towards my body and slips through the ring. Fortunately, it doesn't happen very often, though I had it slip through the other day when I was playing with our new dildo. I was getting aroused, and my balls were getting tight as I used the dildo.

I had earlier said I didn't have an escape at night, but on further thought, I think that has happened once in the Steelheart.

I don't slip out but the burning is sometimes hard to ignore I have to keep pulling the skin through to stop it wakes me 3-4 times a night as well. I am on a CB600 second down ring size with smallest spacer, I think I need to go down another ring size but it burns terrible almost right away.

Just saw this post. I have this problem, my right ball is half the size of the left. It is constantly escaping and it doesn't matter what device or ring combination I use the little sucker will eventually escape. My solution is I only trap the big ball and I have a very snug device. It takes me a week to get down in the ring sizes and when I finally get to the secure one I have a few wines that night to help sleep through the pain of that first nocturnal erection.
I did this on Friday night and I am now in a very snug situation and whats more, Mrs K loves it because I can't even get anything approaching an erection. I love it because I am now totally stuffed, cannot get any stimulation and feel completely helpless and in her control. And that's what it's all about.

I had the same problem, except I wear CB6000s. I solved my problem by patience, seriously. I kept trying smaller base rings, smaller spacers, etc. I too, was worried about perhaps causing damage with too small of a spacer. Eventually I found the size I needed, (which I thought was too small) and the smallest spacer. It was uncomfortable at first, but I worked up to full time wearing. I did check my balls for any sign of damage. Things to look for is extreme dark color (more than when you normally wear your 3000),and most important, coldness or numbness of the balls. That's telling you it's too tight. At night our balls get tight, probably from night time woodies, and that I think is when they slip out. You actually can go down to a pretty small base ring. Sometime when you hanging loose, encircle behind your sac with your thumb and forefinger. You'll be surprised at how small it really is. Keep experimenting. I have read on here that some guys don't use a spacer at all. I didn't have to go that small, so I can't say if it works or not.

Ive the same problem,One ball (right one) is much higher than the left almost inside the body and gives me so much pain i have to ask my KH if i can adjust it.
If i dont adjust eventually the ball escapes so only one ball is trapped and if i sit down i can fully escape easily.
For this reason im allowed not to wear it at work (shift work) (whats the point) but 100% at home.

My KH wants to get this sorted so i will wear it in work full time and home full time.
Ordering a Chrome setup soon to see if this is better.

I had the same problem. It turned out the cock ring was too large. I had a 2" ring and it allowed the escape. I went down to 1 7/8 and that stopped the escape. However, I could get two fingers between the ring and my weenie. I now wear a 1 3/4 ring. It barely lets one finger in. It felt pretty tight at first, but after a few hours I don't even notice it.

The CB series plastic cages have a couple of drawbacks. The biggest in my opinion (I have tested 3 so far) is that the acrylic rings aren't smooth enough. While they look optically clear, the plastic itself wants to stick to skin. This makes them hurt with any movement. Changing to stainless steel cured that problem.
