Im wearing a cb-6k with 2nd to largest ring and the smallest spacer. This combination works for me at all times except when sleeping. Thought ring might be big but if i go smaller i have circulation concerns. The problem i have is the device slides way down when u sleep so the ring is squeezing my balls and only the head is really left in the tube there is no way i can get back into the tube while hard i have to remove the cage wait a bit and put it back on. Obvioulsy needing key and time while im trying to sleep. Ive seen some mention of this being a problem with the cb-x or is it with most devices? Any way i can stop it from happening?

Sounds like you have low-hanging balls. I would suggest a smaller ring, but it sounds like that causes you issues. My devices slide down some during night time erections, but not so far I could slip out the cock.
My other thoughts are a PA, as that would keep your penis fully in the tube, or maybe some sort of penis plug device like a Looker 2 http://steelworxx.de/The-Looker-02-116p.html? If I had the same issue, I'd probably try to go the Looker route.

The ring is almost certainly too big. As long as there is a small bit of space when you are soft, there should be no circulation problems. It may become uncomfortable when you [try to] get hard and it might *seem* like you have a circulation issue, the removal of erotic thoughts should allow it to go soft again...I'm currently use the reading of a book on small engine repair for this purpose.

Thanks for the suggestions. Im scared of the smaller ring because even when im soft it feels like it is squishing and pinching and i have to really struggle to get just my pinky in the ring makes me think its 2 tight. Tho ui have only tryed with small spacer so will try with a bigger spacer soon
