After reading numerous posts about long confinement without orgasms and concerns about obtaining an erection, I wonder if the issue of the PC (pubococcygeus) muscle has been addressed. The PC muscle can be exercised with what’s called Kegel exercises. It helps with ejaculation control, erection strength, and urinary control. It’s also claimed that infrequent ejaculations weaken the PC muscle.
I’m 56 and have been doing these exercises for over 20 years and have no issues with any of the above. I am still able to sleep the entire night without having to go to the bathroom. I can’t say that doing these exercises is the reason but, from what I have read it could be a contributory factor.
While having sex, a strong PC can be helpful. It helps to control ejaculation and make for a harder erection when flexed. When LRC is climaxing with intercourse, by flexing my PC, she says that the increase in size at that point increases her enjoyment.
There are numerous web sites that explain different types and how to do the Kegel exercises. The basic form of all of them is while urinating to stop the flow, and remember the muscle you use to do this. This muscle is the one that is used in the exercises. It can take up to six months of exercises before you can enjoy the full effects but, I think it’s time well spent. Being caged makes no difference in doing these exercises.
