Day 17 and I am self absorbed.

Day 17 is the longest I have gone in about 1.5 years. I am not usually big on preset dates, but needed a kick in the ass and we are trying for 50. How does one avoid being completely self absorbed? I feel clingy. I suppose I have to keep busy but work and other things are stressful and no fun. I haven't started exercising like I should yet. The wife and I do not have enough time together. I cherish that time. Argh.

Some things that worked for me in longer lockups:
1. Exercise - you mention you "haven't started like you should" - so maybe starting would be good
2. Meditation
3. Journaling - it can be about anything, but its a great way for me to focus on the positives and what it all means to me.

Thanks. I am calming down. We had intercourse this morning for the first time in a good long while. It was like something clicked and we were able to go on for a good long while.
