After careful measurement, I took the plunge and ordered my Jailbird today.

My KH has already mentioned some long lockup times and lots of teasing and denial

It was interesting that my JB measurements were pretty much exactly what I wore in the CB 6000. The difference will be the base ring. I ordered the 1 7/8 base. I tried the 1 3/4 and while able to get it on I realized that it was so snug that pinching and testicle pressure would be unbearble.

Question for all the JB converts here. Is the testicle pressure comparable to the CB 6000?

IMO, yes I found the pressure to be about the same. I went from the CB6000s to the JB. I fit nicely in the s model but chose to move down one size in the base ring to 1 3/4" along with 1/2" shorter on the tube.

I am about ready to move from the CB 6000S to steel. I am trying to decide between the JB, the QK, and the WM from MM. I will go down 1/2 inch in tube length, but am unsure about whether or not I should go down from the 2 inch base ring. During my fitting phase I had strong testicle pain during nocturnal erections from any ring smaller than 2 inches. So many little decisions with such long-term consequences!

If you can I strongly suggest you order 2 rings. This will prevent you from having to send back the entire package to MM if later on you decide to get another one or change the size of the one you have. So many of us over time have reported that they move down a ring size once becoming acclimated to the device.

Good suggestion, Locked. If I may ask, what has been your experience of the JB after wearing the CB6000S, and why are you getting a WM?

I loved my CB6000s but it was time to try something different and the JB didn't disappoint. I find I'm more comfortable in the JB with basically no pinching. I'm also able to stay in long term since keeping myself clean is a breeze.

I've been toying with the idea of getting something different and intrigued for sometime by others who have commented here about the feeling they have in a CD like the Steelheart. Not being able to see or touch yourself. My wife loves the JB because of the openness and how she can tease me any time. I, on the other hand would like to try something a bit more enclosed, like my old CB6000s. This is a compromise and the plus is that I'm sticking with a manufacture I trust and have had wonderful luck with and my current JB base rings will work with the new WM.
