Hi Markbentorah,
I have been using the CB6000s for about a year now. I find it very comfortable. Like you I am uncut and I did have the same problem with the foreskin. It's not a good idea to try and hold your foreskin back, you will no doubt make your head sore. It's not use to being uncovered and is sensitive. Not like it would stay up anyhow. It will just roll it's way back down in like 5 mins. I just use a small square of tissue folded up in the pee slot. Keeps everything up there. When you need to pee just take it out and put a new piece back. As for sizing...well every one is different. I eventually had to drop to the second smallest ring with the second smallest spacer. Like you I started with the large one. Too large is not good and neither is too small. I'm no expert but I find that too big of a ring pulls your sack when you move around and stuff. I was down to the 45mm ring and thought this was the one. Well overtime it just didn't have that same fit anymore. you will know what I mean when your ready for a ring downsize. At first the next one down was way too tight and I just would wear it for a few hours at first. Then a few more and so on. I can sleep in this ring with out a problem any night of the week. ( though you will still have a bad night here and there I think everyone does ). I think now I'm at my lower limit. I've been in this ring for about 3 months and all is well. Basiclly I can fit a pinky finger underneath the entire ring. Now this is not a perfect way to measure and please always err on the side of caution. If something hurts or doesn't look right then trust your gut and go back up a size. It's not a race and it can take many months to get a good fit! Took me about 9 months or so because my sack just all of sudden stretched a bit I guess. I hope this helps ya out. GL.

Re: Advice regarding CB6000s
Generally speaking, it has been my experience that a larger ring size requires a smaller spacer. I can't test the reverse very well since I cut the side pins long ago, before fully testing all of the combinations possible. I have also recently discovered that the side pins of my original CB3k (10 years old?) have become a bit 'bendy', which also required a decrease in the size of the spacer used- I was rather rudely made aware of this fact on a chilly morning a couple of weeks ago when 'shrinkage' occurred and resulted in increasing discomfort until one testicle popped through. YMMV

Re: Advice regarding CB6000s
When you start down the sizing road with the 6000/6Ks, I recommend that you start with a snug, but comfortable, base ring, then go from the largest to the smallest size spacer before you step down to the next smaller base ring size. Your scrotum will change from morning to night and also with ambient temperature and arousal. Bottom line is not to get in a big hurry and give your body time to adjust. Also, use lubricant as necessary.Markbentorah wrote: I have just drop 2 ring sizes as the intial ring meant that it felt my cock could fall out of the CB.

Re: Advice regarding CB6000s
It's a temporary effect that rapidly disappears when the device is removed and full erection allowed, or when returned to a flaccid state. It has caused me no harm or damage in more than a year of 24/7 wearing of a CB3k. There is nothing to worry about from this.Markbentorah wrote:My Wife wasn't however too impressed with the look of my cock when I was adjusting the fittings there where raised parts where they had expanded throught the side wall gaps, making my cock look a bit odd. No pain just odd any one else find this happenning and what if anything where you able to do to stop or lessen this affect ?
Many thanks

The side wall gaps or vent holes were a source of frustration and pain for me during the first couple months. Tried a couple different types of tape to cover the holes before I settled on medical tape. Its thick enough, and stands up pretty well after a weeks worth of cleaning/showers.

Re: Advice regarding CB6000s
I have a CB6000. I bought it off Ebay, So may not be the real thing? Its good quality though. My issue with it is those bloody holes on the sides. My skin balloons out from them. Its fairly pain free during the day. But I tried to wear it in bed last night. Okay for so long. Then I awoke to a hell off a burning sensation! My skin had ballooned out further and it hurt so much that I had to take the thing off. The skin is tender now, but only in the areas that got out of the gaps. Everywhere else feels fine. Im wondering what to do about it? Im wearing it now with baby oil instead of the lubricant i used before.
Wonder if this will be more comfortable? Im considering filling the holes with silicone or fibreglass permanently. Wondering if this could be a bad thing? Will the skin suffer from lack of oxygen? When Im in it I constantly fill the girth of it. I find it a tight squeeze to get on in the first place. Maybe the CB3K would be better for me as it is a little wider? Im sure i saw the sheaths for sale on their own somewhere? Would a CB3K still fit the locks for a CB6K?
Im trying to get the situation resolved. My girlfriend is not impressed by how it looks. She's not as kinky as me. Managed to get her to lock it and hide the key at least. Trying to get her interested in the fact that she can control my cock. Was going to ask her if I can come out of it today, and if so what time would she tell me where the key was? Or was she going to keep me chastised until sex? The pain on the sides has kind of ruined that scenario.
Im now sitting here with it on, with the key right next to me, waiting to see if end end up in more pain? Hardly what i had in mind. If i use tape on the sides will it hold the skin in? Sorry for all the questions. Can anyone give me any advice? Thanks.

Re: Advice regarding CB6000s
I tried it again earlier. Used the baby oil instead of the lube. Got a feeling the lube isn't any good as its been sat around for ages. It dries very quickly. I found that with the baby oil my dick went in much easier. I tried using the smallest spacer to keep my dick forward as far as possible. I may use a smaller ball bag ring the next time i wear it, to help stop the device slipping forwards.
When i used the baby oil my skin stayed really soft and moist for hours. I also found that when i put the device on my foreskin went in up to the mushroom head part. It was getting wedged around the area with the holes before. This time the tougher skin on the side of my dick was resting against these holes. Felt a little funny, but no pain this time. I may have a crack at wearing it tonight. May use it in short bursts at first though.
So your woman don't like it either. You'd think with how bossy women are in the house that they would love to take charge of their mans manhood even if they don't like the look of the device. May be she'll come around to it after a while? Im from england too btw. Gloucester. Catch u later

Re: Advice regarding CB6000s
Make sure you have the correct spacer and pin combination. If the two are paired correctly, there should be no slack and the lock should be tight in the hole.

Re: Advice regarding CB6000s
The CB should have come with many spacers. You need to try different ones until it's a tight fit.
Sometimes it is too tight and the lock won't go in. When this happens take the spacer that is a little too long and grab a piece of medium sandpaper. Lay the sandpaper on a flat surface and rub the end of the spacer on it a few times. Try the fit again. Repeat until the lock will tightly fit into the hole.
