Constantly I see those questions. FLR is a lifestyle similar to Tantra. Of course, tantric
techniques are adapted for FLR. Long term denial is healthy. Healthier if during the long term denial woman teasing men. Teasing stimulates the prostate. The stimulation is not enough to ejaculate, but it is enough to keep the prostate healthy. Prostate massage once a week 2 or 3 minutes is also good for prostate health.
Women have the Skene's glands (female prostate). Most women do not ejaculate, and do not health problems.
Is the long term denial healthy?

My wife is a doctor. Studied for a while cancer patients with paraplegia. Paraplegics who practiced prostate massage once a week and that was done electro ejaculation one per month to month and a half, did not get prostate cancer more than the ordinary population of men.

Make up your mind. In one post you state that massaging is good for your health. In another post you state there is no difference in the cancer rate.
Now I am probably just clueless which is not the first time nor will it be the last but those two post just don't sit right with each other.

There is no difference. I explained. The first thing about teasing has been known since 5000 years ago. Second
(prostate massage and ejaculation once per month) studied in patients with paraplegia. That's it.

This is basically the same as saying "Oh, everybody knows that...""...has been known since 5000 years ago. "
It isn't a valid argument and is insufficient to support the conclusion.
