A few years ago, Dan Savage was asked to do a tv show, and the production company spent a while looking for various kinksters, including chastity fans. Somebody gave them my name, but as the show was out on the West coast, it wasn't going to work out. I sent them some information, but I don't know whatever became of it.

On the contrary, I do see this as something that I WISH could be brought into the mainstream. To the question asked: "would this be a great topic to create a documentary?" Yes, for the simple fact of the amount of time, dollars and thought invested in this little corner of the world must be worth capturing, somehow. To the question of "how to make this a topic that doesn't seem pervvy, or watered down, or taken down a road of greed and self-promotion?" Well, those are open questions. I would be very interested to know, from the device makers - how many of us are out here? In the US? Europe? Elsewhere? History, and the very, very recent evolution and contribution of bloggers, quality device makers, and wacky books and websites on the subject. There's a lot of new and raw experiences here, some that have greatly enhanced my personal relationships, and some that have challenged what we thought we knew. Would be great to find a way to explore this, and discuss the broader implications, on a platform that doesn't jeopardize what already works well for some of us, and perhaps encourage others into the mix. Honestly, I would think this to be a great psychological/human sexuality research article first, documentary second. But certainly understand all the "how-to" concerns as well - btb

Lol. I can never see this being accepted as mainstream. Us men are far too attached to our penises and way too selfish to surrender control en-mass. A fun kink sure. A culture shift never.
