Steelworxx Fixing *for PA-Frenum Piercing question

So I am ordering a Steelworxx device when he allows orders to be placed again sometime in January 2012 and I was wondering about his "Fixing *for PA-Frenum Piercing" add-on to his devices.

My question is does the add-on go through the Pierced PA hole in the penis and hold you in place or does it somehow connect to the PA ring you may happen to be wearing?
The reason I ask is because I would like to eliminate unnecessary equipment down there if possible and if the "Fixing" substitutes for the ring, that would be extra awesome.
Does anyone have one of these add-ons with their Steelworxx device?

I'm pretty sure you have to use a PA ring that the fixing goes through. Thumper had (has) one of this style but didn't like it and worked with steelworxx on the design of the new PA fixing. If you search his blog you should find an entry where he talks about it.

Hmmm, I wonder if steelworxx can make it to where it could go through the PA hole, out through the urethra?

the fixing goes thru the pa ring. you would need a cbr to make it totally secure. It would be difficult to make a fixing that would go thru the pa hole. I have the 85 mm tube and although it is pretty much filled to capacity, I don't have a problem with the fixing and pa ring jammed in there.
