Chastity Cage with urethral tube

Hi Guys.

A simple question... What's the longest time anyone has worn a metal chastity cage that has a urethral tube on it?

How often do you remove for cleaning/disinfecting?

Has any one suffered a UTI or kidney infection from wearing such a device? Any tips on how to avoid such medical issues?

I've had several UTIs, without having a urethral tube or even involving a chastity device.

Over three years. Its always in there.

Cleaned natures way.
Soap and rince in the shower.
If Im allowed to remove which is very seldom soapnand rince the cage. I won't put chemicals on something that is going in there.

I wanted this so was determined to find as much "Real" info as posible.

Do chastity cages make you infertile and cause knob rot? Why yes they do. If you read everything. Yes.
Except they don't..we know this. Peoole with no experience whatsover guve their expert opinions based of others with the same.

I think urethrals have the same bad press. Even from us guys!

Personally I think its cleaner than peeing through a hole and over my balls and I like knowing I am not escaping. And that (in thumoers words) "Not only is my penis encased in steel, It is also penetrated by a steel rod".

I have done a thread for this. I have not had any medical issues. No reports of issues on my thread.

But. The only advice I can give is: Unless this is something you really want. Why take the risk?

I have worn a cage with U-tube for several weeks and a lot more intermittently. I've never had a problem with a steel tube but have had discomfort with a silicone tune. If it has been a while, I either put the cage/tube in boiling water for 5 minutes and/ or spray alcohol through the tube and rinse it out. Never had an issue with this method. Like Pickle says, when you pee, it helps clean it out and a good soaping in the shower also helps.
Try it, I think you will really like it after you get used to it. It actually kind of massages you from the inside out!

My only worry about the tubes is erections. I assume that’s not a big problems since several people report no problems wearing them for extended periods, but any insights and experiences around this is appreciated.

I assume you mean hard in the cage?

It can be painful if the tube sits in the wrong place. More so with the longer cage. Not at all with flat.

I’ve worn a cage with a curved stainless steel urethral tube for several stints of a few days (I’m just getting into it) and have had no adverse issues bar a little discomfort initially. As per mr pickles advice I altered the cage so that the tube sits nearer the bottom of the cage and it’s comfy.

Now I’ve gotten used to something spending a bit of time ‘down there’ it’s comfy and feels very very secure.

She seems to like it too.

I think I’ll be spending more and more time in it.

I have a very short TERNENCE cage and their curved urethral tube. I wanted to like it but it's not for me or maybe I just didn't give it enough time. I use coconut oil as lube and it goes in there ok but after a couple hours it seems to dry out and then irritate my urethra. I guess I could try it again with a silicon based lube and see if it goes any better. But after my first couple attempts it started to hurt. After taking it out it hurt to urinate for a couple days and one time I had some blood in there.

Also, the cage isn't designed well for use with the urethral tube. A guys urethra isn't in the middle of the glans but rather on the lower third or so. So when the cage and urethral tube that I have are used it holds it at an uncomfortable angle. I suppose a more expensive cage with a hole more anatomically correct would help but I'm not willing to spend any more money on this.

Also, the tube I have still permits some urine to drip around it and leaks. Maybe a wider diameter tube would help but I don't think it's worth it for me at this point.

I've settle on the Cherry Keeper with the Head Lock feature. Although not escape proof it does comfortably hold the glans still so I can urinate standing up and not make a mess. That was the real goal for me to experiment with the urethral tube was to be able to wear a device and pee standing up. Now I can accomplish that with the CK which is a very comfortable plastic device.
