Promescent Numbing Spray

Post by VinnyDee »

I have tried numbing sprays in the past. Pomescent is expensive as heck, but it works very well. I could not even feel my wife digging her nails into my cock. All I could feel was the pressure of her hand. You can buy a trail size for $19.99, good for 2-3 uses, to test it out. It only took 3 sprays for me to get numb in a few miinutes. It absorbs into your penis very well and does not affect anything that comes into contact with it after 15 minutes.

The trail size contained 10mg of Lidocane and an hour later I still cannot feel my cock. I am sold on this product and going to buy the larger size at $90. I only am unlocked for play 1-2 times a month, so it should last well over a year so cost per month is reasonable for me.

The difference between this and all the other numbing agents out there is that this is designed to penetrate your skin so it can get to the nerve endings. It is made by a pharmaceutical company that saw an application for this in the premature erection market. It is a product that doctors recommend. It is not like all the other stuff I tried that did nothing.

BTW, since it penetrates your skin, you can wash it off after 15 minutes and have intercourse, oral or both, without it affecting the woman. We tested that today and my wife said that she did not taste anything or have anything to go numb and yet I had little feeling on my cock. I was able to get hard but I stayed hard despete a lot of work on me. In fact, my wife gave up and told me to get to the edge and let her know because her arm hurt. I did as she said and she did the last two strokes and removed her hand. The stull is that good.

I know that different products can absorb at different rates (some very quickly)*** so it may not be 'snake oil'. That said, I have not looked at the site to make an evaluation or comparison with other products. It could very well be that they have some advantage...though given the abilities of copycats, if so it probably won't last long.

***(I had an incident a while back that led to a bunch of [very] expensive heart and lung tests. Although the tests turned up the fact that there was a hole between the left and right sides of my heart (congenital defect) it was determined that this was not the cause of my collapse, and the docs couldn't explain it. It was only after taking my nicotine vaporizer out of my pocket and finding it cracked and empty that it dawned on me what the problem had been- about 10ml of liquid had leaked out and been absorbed rapidly through the skin, essentially giving me a case of nicotine poisoning. During my research to confirm I learned some interesting things about formulating drug transfer patches in order to control dosage.)

Were you able to edge with it? Did you get to cum using it? If so, was it normal or dulled?
Yes I was edged. The skin of my cock was numbed. My wife was sticking her sharp nails in to it and I hardly felt it. It was a weird feeling because you can feel the pressure but not any sensation on the skin.

The stuff I used has a different delivery method. It actually absorbs deeper into your skin. Your woman can perform oral on you without getting numb. The method of how it works is what makes it different. No one is going to sell something that much more expensive if it is not that much better.

I have a chinese Jailbird for $9.99, real Jailbird for $375. I would not say they are the same. :)

I am well aware that there are many cases where "You get what you pay for" is very accurate and have said it often, but having said that, there are *some* cases where a less expensive competing product works as well or better. For instance, when the 'Breathe-right' nose strips came out I tried them (my face has been bashed a bit and my nose broken 3+ times (I've lost count) so I have difficulties sleeping) and the difference they made was so great that after a short time I wondered how I managed to get along without them.

When WallyWorld came out with their store brand, I tried them. I found them to work as well or better than the name-brand, for significantly less money. More expensive is not always better. Often, but not always. Product formulations can be duplicated, and for some things, there is no difference between the name brand and the off-brand...though you *do* need to read the labels carefully to make sure that they *are* the same- sometimes an off-brand will leave something out or use a different ingredient and then they are not equal.

I merely offered the information as a possibility if someone was in the mood to experiment and compare- one of the good things about this site- various people experimenting and sharing information on what works and what doesn't. Until recently, I was unaware that lidocaine products were available without a script, and I learned that here. (I am particularly interested for other than sexual reasons- I have a...um...'foreign body' embedded under my skin and have so far not found a Doc willing to remove it without filing a 'report' that would lead to my being asked questions I would rather not answer, so I am considering doing it myself and I had also so far not found a product that would provide the necessary level on anesthetism. One of these products looks like it may be what I need. I also would like to obtain a real scalpel...I'm not sure an X-acto knife is an acceptable substitute. :( )

I've just ordered the trial size. I'm excited to feel (or not) how it works!

I'm too cheap. I just use a generous amount of oragel and put a condom that is made to help those who go to quick, and it seems to work. I can still feel and orgasm if I try, but it helps to stop me cumming enough that when I ask to cum, and she says no, not this time, I can focus enough to stop.

My fiancé and I bought some toys the other day at a local store and they gave us the trial size for free. Holy crap it works. I went with 10 sprays and I couldn't feel anything for quite awhile lol

Especially at the price of the stuff, try just 1, 2, or 3 sprays. You just want the edge off so you can control yourself, not a complete lack of any feeling (I know, I've made that mistake).
