I guess I'm lucky that I feel the high of being locked up most days. My lows come. . well. . just after I've cum. Now *this* I can relate to. For various reasons we have not had much in the way of sexual activity in the last 6 months or so, prominent among the other things is that she works full-time+, and has gone back to school to get her degree, much stress and little time for anything else...there are some days when I don't even see her unless she wakes me up getting into bed.

I don't even necessarily need 'teasing' from her per se, simply pleasuring her orally can supply a considerable amount of 'teasing' on its own. Some great and useful dialog in this thread. Perhaps my Subject: line is a bit of a misnomer, I Highs and Lows might have been a better title.

I find visiting and expressing things in this forum is another very useful tool for me, as well as doing my best to tell her when I struggle. It's not always easy, I am more apt to act the tough guy.

Great timing for me to answer this post after a 51 day stretch of denial. I was unlocked for the last 7 days and am now back in the Steelheart after a great night and single orgasm.

I have only really had one serious "low" point over the past 11 months and it came when I was out traveling 4 weeks in a row. MrsL called me on it one night while we were on FaceTime because I was moody and not talking. When I got home we talked it through and ever since there have been little teasing text messages (some with racy but safe for work photos) or random notes hidden in my suitcase to keep me going.
