New Holy Trainer - can't fit quite right

Hey all!

I just bought a holy trainer, and it arrived yesterday. I've been trying to wear it just to try it out, see how it fits, and etc, but I have a few questions / problems.

Firstly - I have trouble just getting it on! The tube is pretty narrow. I've tried the stocking technique and I just can't get it to move once the penis is inside the tube with the stocking, so I can't use that it would seem. I'm also fairly excited each time I get it out, so it's been on the whole larger than it would normally be, I think. As a result, the only way I've been able to actually get the tube on is with silicone lube. I plan on taking it off every day, and not exactly wearing every day (for now), but just wondering if this was ok to do long term, or if there's another technique I haven't heard about.

The other problem I've been having - I can't tell if the tube is too short! I bought the shorter model because it seemed that everyone seemed to think that the shorter model was more comfortable and did more to prevent erections. Again, not sure if I've just been excited or what, but even with continuous wear (ok, about an hour), it still seems to hang pretty low compared to how I've seen most chastity devices hang in pictures on the internet. Rather than being close to the pubic bone, the whole thing kind of hangs down and at an angle a little bit, pushed away from my body. I have a picture that described this, but I'm not sure if I'm allowed to link to it on imgur. This might just be because I'm a bit larger than normal, just because this is so new and exciting!

I had the same issue when I was wearing the short version of the HT2. The base ring would be naturally pulled away from my body as the short tube didn't seem to be able to handle the length of my penis. I'm pretty much average in length, and everyone says to stay with a short tube, so I figured it might be that the base ring was too large. At that time I was wearing the 40mm ring so I went ahead and ordered the 36mm version thinking it would stay put better. It proved to be too tight and uncomfortable to wear, even though I gave it an honest try and wore it for quite a long time. I eventually went back to the standard tube with the 40mm ring and it's definitely the right set-up for me. The base ring stays where it should and I comfortably fill the tube. I do on occasion "turtle" inside the tube, but that's usually only when I have a nocturnal erection and when things settle down the penis retracts but the tube stays a little pulled away. It's not a big deal and I can generally readjust everything to put things back where they should be.

Interesting! I don't think it's the base ring either - it seems like it is a good fit when the tube isn't attached, snug but not too tight. I am gonna give it another shot or two, just because my member gets a little bigger when I even think about being locked up. I think that the standard would be a good fit naturally, but I'm not sure how aroused I would be all the time of I was locked into the cage for a whole day.

Do you use any kind of lube when using the holy trainer also? I find the sides to be pretty sticky when it comes to insertion, and I haven't been able to touch the end of the tube without using a bit of silicone lube.

Use pure silicon lube every day. I drip some in daily and around the ring. There is nothing better than the silicone lube. In my case, there just isn't using too much. I know its expensive, but its worth every dollar

Here's an idea I read about somewhere - spend 5 to 10 mins with penis and testicles in ice before trying to put it on? Just ice cubes in a cloth for a while. I've never tried it but it is a little nugget of an idea I filed away should the need ever arise. I actually read about in the context of an outbreak of lost key syndrome - if it can work then induced shrinkage is probably preferable to bolt cutters or welding torch! I would think that at least if one can get into a device comfortably and propely in the first place, then one can see what happens as ambient temperature takes its effect and then come to conclusions about sizing and suitability issues?

I'm sure I'm a bit different than most, but cold makes me get hard.
First note, I just got the Holy Trainer a few days ago. But this also was what I did with the CB devices.

I get partially erect while putting on the ring. So I put on the ring and then do something to take my thoughts away from the erotic. For example, I'll brush my teeth with the ring on and the cage sitting ready, by the sink. I'll get busy, lok dow, look down, and my "little weenis" (as my wife calls it and demands that I refer to it) will be totally at its smallest. Then I pick up the tube and slide it on before my little weenis has time to start to get erect again.

My wife can never put it on. If she's anyplace near me, it stays at least partially erect, especially after she edges me and then makes me go back in the cage with no release.

So for me, I kinda sneak up on it.

Eep! I am relatively confident that I have the wrong size now, after spending some time in the holy trainer. Everything I read said to go smaller than what you are expecting, and I had a hard time measuring for the A-ring as it was, so I figured I would go for the small tube even though my measurements seemed to indicate that I would need the regular one.

Anyway, long story short, the tube is just a little too short for me, and it pulls the ring and everything else down constantly, which is a bit of a hassle, so I'm trying to sell it in the marketplace now, and then hopefully using the proceeds from that to buy a new/used more properly sized device.
