Ok I am new to chastity I have a mature metal jailbird

I can wear the devise no problem sleep in it no problem but when I get up in the morning and go to work by lunch it seems like my balls get really tight they don't turn blue or purple but the veins stick out a little I don't fell like its to tight I have been taking it off just to be safe is this normal for new users my device has a 1 7/8 base ring with a 3/8 in gap

What's normal for some is not normal for others. Just because you're in a large ring doesn't mean that it's the right size. I don't know what could cause the vein issue—never had it myself. Seems like it could be a sitting issue.

It could just be the temperature in the office. They keep it very cold in my office and I tighten up there too.

This is probably not your situation, unless you go later in the day, but my otherwise perfectly sized ring gets very tight every day before my BM,

I think a combo of chair & temperature. As the aircon cools everything down by lunchtime in our office I get the same thing. Notch it up a bit if you can or wear warmer undies. As the balls try to retreat to the warmth and get stopped, everything tightens up.
When I surf in winter and get home my wife cracks up as everything has hidden itself. There is pretty much nothing left to put a chastity device on till i have had a long hot shower.

I feel its a temp issue because If I put it on at say 3pm and wear it all night I'm fine I get up and go into work were its cooler It get tight and is like that till about 1 or so I work right by my house so if I go home for lunch jump in the shower I'm good in about 5 min and I'm good the rest of the day. My ? is am I good to go along as they are not balls are not turning blu or purple?

I noticed what type of underwear I wear can make a difference some days.

My balls get like that at times. Normally I forget I am wearing anything and then all of a sudden my balls are being strangled. I had to have my ring enlarged 1/8" . It made a world of difference and I do not slip out either. Now when this happens I still feel my ring tight but it is not painful like it used to be so I just relax until things settle down. I have not been able to figure out why this happens. I know that it happens during sex or when my wife teases me in my device. She enjoys that but it is a little painful but I am a bit of a masochist so it does not bother me enough to remove anything.
