So I recently got a new solid ring for my A086.
I had a 50mm a 47mm and a 41mm
50mm was too big
47mm was ok but extremely tricky to get my balls through yet just right in tightness
41mm looked too small that's 1 5/8" on maturemetal

I tried the 47mm but in less that 24hours I had escaoed so I tried the 41mm
It was very tight (NO WIGGLE ROOM) but I tried it and within 2hours my right ball pulled and pulled in close and escaped leaving 1ball and penis trapped.
this has happened with every device and ring no matter if I have a gap between the ring and cage or no gap. My Cb6ks pins broke the rings from the tightness.

I've tried just about every technique and I've come to the conclusion I can escape any ring even if it's too small.

I had the same sort of conclusion. Either the ring was terribly uncomfortable almost instantly or sometime in the first few days the right one slipped out and then the whole contraption fell free. I think the longest try lasted a week. For me being a grower with high/tight balls the physics just didn't work out.

We ended up using a shaft only tube + PA and that works for us.

Grinder I'm the same a grower n high n tight and I too can only stay locked in max 5 to 6 days after trying for over a year.

My wife enjoys the controll so much it's almost upsetting to tell her when my balls escape but she would never condone a piercing.

I am now on the 4th custom made ring in 6 months. Some rings are fine top to bottom but too tight in the width. A two inch oval ring is the most comfortable and easiest to put on. The problem is that if I sit or bend over in a certain way, my balls pop out. I always find it amazing how they fit in a 1/2" space but always remember that when I think I cannot get them through a much larger ring. Once I remember that, I just push those sucker through.

I had to go with a custom made cage. That is the only way I could wear 24/7 without discomfort or popping out. I need an oval ring because it is wider side to side, but smaller top to bottom. For my Holy Trainer the 1 5/8ths inch ring was the only one I did not pop out of but was sometimes too tight. Their rings are very wide, as much as 2". With the CB6000, the 1 7/8" ring was comfy but I had already split one cage and snapped a ring. It was getting expensive to replace parts outside of warranty. I also tried the Bon4M but found it too heavy and the hinge irritated me, even with the rubber tubing over it. I finally bit the bullet and still I have had to send it back twice for adjustment in gap and ring sizes. I also think that I need a double wide ring which I will try next. Yet, I have worn my cages whenever possible 24/7 for almost two years. Most times I forget I am wearing it but at other times it makes itself known.

The pain of a ball escaping the trap and the certain knowledge a second ball is going to suffer the same fate was much greater than the piercing pain. The Prince Albert might look grizzly and adventuresome, but in truth it was a piece of cake for me. And the mind fuck of a long term device held in place with stainless steel locked through your penis is hard to put into words.

It did take some discussions with my wife before she got on-board with the piercing, but the results greatly exceeded expectations and the discomfort was truly minor.

It could be worth it to have this discussion with your wife, if you are game for the solution. There isn't a chance I'd ever put on one of the ball trappers again.

I had a double wide ring made and love the feeling but ended up doing it before I eventually moved down a size. Now it's collecting dust since MM can't make any modifications to a double.

Missing that feeling I decided to just order a cock ring from MM the same size as my base ring. I can have the double ring feel with the ability to make adjustments in the future if necessary. Now when I am allowed out for some fun, I only take off the base ring leaving the cock ring on.

With regards to your escaping little fellow, have you thought of closing the gap just a mm or so? If you have access to a bench vice, some soft wood and a mallet you could experiment yourself with a smaller gap.

I too have a few devices collecting dust.

My Wife would never agree to spend money on a custom device even though she enjoys this kink.
And probably it would be back and fourth with adjustments costing more and more.

Im the same when it comes to bending over or moving around my Ball can just pop out suddenly and painfully but after 1hr Im to go put it back on.

Yes the base ring is not to come off unless the balls pop out this makes it easier if my Wife feels like playing or PIV sex.
