Then perhaps there needs to be some extra rules, incentive, something along the lines of her having the right to inspect and question- For some period of time after orgasm, arousal may not occur or is less intense. If, at any time your wife 'inspects' you fail to become aroused and/or when she questions you, if she even *thinks* that you may have had an unauthorized orgasm, then she imposes certain penalties/punishments. The nature of the penalties should be such that they will be unpleasant and/or undesired, things that you will not have a desire to experience, and she should have the freedom to take extreme measures (if necessary) to impose them.

Penalties that are non-erotic, and/or possibly erotic but to an undesirable extent. In my case, the primary penalty is an ice-cold shower. I hate cold showers, I detest them, I would do almost anything to avoid them and it is one of my hard limits...but in the case of defeat of the device and unauthorized orgasm this limit is suspended and the penalty is permissible. She doesn't get off on most corporal punishment (except for some ball-slapping and cock-spanking) and usually is hesitant about causing pain, but a cold shower she can do- and I don't like it, won't enjoy it and don't want it to happen, I have absolutely no desire to experience it so it is an effective deterrent. Some people would intentionally misbehave in order to receive the 'punishment' which would render it ineffective. In order for it to work this needs to be avoided.
