I'm just now getting into chastity play, and I have a knockoff CB6000 3.25", switching between the 1.75 and 2 inch ring. It's comfortable enough to wear during the day, but when I sleep at night, I wake up within a couple of hours in the most excruciating pain from nighttime erections where I have to take the entire thing off just to get to sleep.
Question. I'm guessing part of it is that I have the knock off, but is there some sizing issue I may be having that can alleviate the pain in the meantime? Also, is there any fix in terms of sizing or whatever for when I start to get an erection and the cage slides forward and I get hard behind the cage? I feel like it defeats the purpose of a cage if I can get erect to 60-70% of my length with just the last inch or so in the cage remaining soft.

If you have a knock-off, you may need to make some mods- filling the groove(s) with some sort of epoxy or other durable filler and rounding the edges a bit.
As for being awakened by nocturnal erections, it can take time to adjust to wearing it. You may need to use a larger ring at night and a smaller ring during the day. Then, on nights where it doesn't matter if you lose sleep, start wearing a [slightly] smaller ring to bed. As you become more accustomed to the smaller ring, increase the number of nights that you use it until you can wear it for a week without [too much] trouble. Once you get up to a week you can probably make it permanent, and/or reduce the size further if you wish to.
Depending on your anatomy, you may need a large cage.

There is a slight raised groove on the inner diameter of the ring, I'll try filing it down. I'll also try going to the largest pin and spacer at night to give as much room as possible. Maybe once I get adjusted I can get the pin down to something more suitable for my size
