I have found these tea boxes allow for easy storage, but obviously limited to smaller cages (you could store larger cages if separated from the ring).

We have them in a glass display cabinet.

That's very nice, I agree about them being a work of art some of them are very attractive-intimidating. LOL
I have some metal boxes that look like mini brief cases from amazon to keep my more commonly worn units in, they were advertised as travel cases for medication. They are padded inside with foam keeps the cages form moving around much.

Currently locked in custom BA 34R, also use Ba-20 with triple base ring occasionally switched for BA 25 with double base ring.

The limit wouldn't be a problem for any of Herbi's cages
That's a nice box and well-suited to its new purpose!
