It certainly looks uncomfortable. Bit of a medieval look about it. That bit i like. Almost has the look of something from a dungeon or torture chamber.
Add some spike and wallah!

C wouldn't entertain anything this big or with so much access to self touching. The end also look like you could get the head out when it's soft. Maybe not but I would try anything once.
