Trouble posting on specific account

Just tried to post to my own thread [KHEmmi] to reply to those that commented yesterday.

Not working. The "submit" button just goes grey when clicked...

I've posted to another threads already this morning...

I have no idea why I can post most of the time without a problem but then, occasionally, this glitchy thing happens.
At least I'm not alone. Others have reported similar.

I can’t add a post to my journal. If I hit submit, it just auto saves what I typed. How do I fix this?

First thing:

If you're on a web browser on a PC, clear your cache. And it can't hurt to do a hard reset (shut down, not just a restart)

If on a phone, clear the cache and restart your phone (full shut down and restart).

It is pretty random. Happens for some. not for others.

In my case it happens when replying to private messages, sometimes when trying to send a private message.
An old message or saved data appears.
They just wont send.

This morning was worse in that cache clearing didnt fix it, nor did log out in etc.

Found solution in the end. Had to clear stored data in web browser. It wasnt the cache that was the issue.

This then brought up the option to accept cookies which I havent had before.

So maybe try opening your browser PC or android. Click on menu/settings/data stored/delete all data

When you log back in it should ask to accept cookies.

These will not erase passwords.

Sorry to say it’s happening with me now too. I’m having to clear all my history and re login every time I try and post a reply or a pm or it doesn’t happen. Somethings screwy somewhere !!???

I have not been having this issue, running Win 7 and FireFox. Machine has not been rebooted in...months? I do have to close FF periodically, because it creates a bunch of instances and sucks up all of the memory.
