I've had this one on 24/7 for nearly three years now so I'd class it as a favorite long term device.
It's a "comfy" fit, meaning it has a larger internal diameter penis tube.
There is a longer one and the urethral is optional.
Same website as the cage pictured above. I like the prices on the Ternence site.
Having said that. There does seem to be a good selection on the cockcage link as well. So many to choose from. Not as many decent urethral tubes mind you. I've found only found a few that are steel, wide enough to pee through (8mm minimum) and safe looking. All bar this one are on custom sites.

Trouble is that a design like that with the bars coming into the centre with just an 8mm hole for a urethral tube are impossible to pee out of without the tube !! How do I know ? guess lol

Can't argue with that. I have never tried without the tube. The reason I went for this was the precise tube included. I have to be able to pee stood up or into a bottle whilst in the back of a van lol. Also the extra sense security was a big turn on.
