Going back to some of the original posts, are there any more 'sleeve' recommendations? The link to the extension is discontinued, any other suggestions appreciated. Not really looking for an extender, more a 'sleeve' that prevents me from feeling anything, but wife gets the benefit.
I think right now, early on in the process, suggesting a strap-on is not going to met positively. The sleeve option at least provides some of that 'traditional' intimacy...
