Back to my experiments I have to admit that I have played around serveral times with the Nexus Titus now (a prostate massage toy). While it is quite a pleasurable feeling it really does nothing for me. I did not even really leak any fluids during my playtime. I don't disagree with the gist of what you've said in your posts, except that it is definitely possible to have one while locked up.

Prostatic orgasms are intensely pleasurable but finicky. There's very much a tease-it-out aspect to it. You need just the right attention for the right amount of time.
