One thing that Sarah Jameson mentions so often: ground rules!
They protect the chastee from "abuse", and they give the KH a safe envelope in which to develop the game.
And as I said before, once you are through a period of chastity, take the time (a day or so later) to talk about it. Then you can let her know, without any kind of pressuring her, if you felt it was too long or too short, and she can adjust.

Well, i didn't mean to upset my wife yesterday, but upset she was. I had already been locked two days, my longest period so far. Today, i'm out of town, and she didn't unlock me. The earliest i could possibly be unlocked will be at the 4 day mark. Unfortunately, she's due for her monthly cycle and she hinted at the possibility that i would remain locked during that time too. Going from a max of 2 days to possibly more than a week is still tough for me to grasp, but i can't complain. After all, i did ask for this.

Well, I don't want to say too much without revealing my identity. But, once again, I had put my job before her. At the time, it seemed like I should have been ok with what I was doing, I was under a time constraint and it would have jeopardized a lot of other people and I thought I had time for my job and her, and it turned out that I didn't. There was also a misunderstanding on my part, most likely because I didn't listen to her close enough earlier on. Anyways, I don't want to give too much detail, but after looking back on it, she had good reason to be upset with me and I can't be mad or upset for having to stay locked for 4 days or more.
