Anything that might result in sleep deprivation could be accomplished when there is no work the next day(s)- weekends, holidays, vacations, etc. so that it doesn't interfere with work. Yes, the POI would be very painful- I experimented with them enough to know that that I would not enjoy having them in for an indefinite period, with no say in when they get removed, even the shortest ones can be very unpleasant after a while...the longest ones, well, I have little doubt that it would not be long before I was begging to have them removed, and willing to agree to even the most perverted sexual activities if that's what it would take.
Mrs. Twisted seems to enjoy the ball-slapping, and does it when she really wants to get my attention- it takes little effort on her part to get results, I would not care to be subjected to an extended, open-ended punishment session involving it. She is usually 'afraid' of causing me too much pain but she finds this easy to do, perhaps *because* it takes so little effort.
The totality of the consequences makes it so that I wouldn't dare to risk it...and if I were foolish enough to do it once, I for sure would not do it again because the penalties would be multiplied.
The real kicker is that there are no restrictions on the methods that she can use to gain control and institute the penalties- she can do *whatever* it takes, no matter how long it takes and no matter how unwilling I might be. And, she can take this action if she even *thinks* that I *might* have given her cause, consequently, it is a very effective deterrent.

That's it, *she* needs to find the right ones. Ideally, things that you won't like and/or that are not erotic to you...unless, of course, she wishes to deviously tempt you into being disobedient in order to impose some penalty that she might *want* to apply...
