Just my thoughts from personal experience and what I think I've learnt from research.

That seems about right. It felt "confusing". We don't have a ton of experience with prostate play, and I don't think that I have connected the physical with the mental. It's weird how my sexuality has become more stereotypically female as I've aged. I enjoy the foreplay and the journey more than the destination. Sex seems much more mental than physical to me.
