Couldn't they just make a bigger cage? I have an average size penis so does anybody make a cage that would allow me to have an erection but prevent any touching? That is what we had in mind. I have no interest in any type of pain or humiliation or anything like that.

In addition to the CBxxxx line from the Millers, they also made the Curve, which featured a larger cage. This might be something that would work for what you want, if it's still available.

I do find this to be a prospect I'm interested in - something that allows my balls to be unimpeded, only covers the penis, can grow with an erection or prevents it by using a belt of some sort. My biggest complaints are using the balls as the effective anchor instead of the body. Obviously you can get a full belt, but that's not easily sanitary in my book, nor conducive to our type of play. I'm overall happy with the cb6s, but when there is pain it's always ball associated pain. For me that's the worst part of nocturnal erections, it eventually feels like my balls are at the end of the rope and then continually pulled beyond. Granted I'm a definite grower like 2.5 to 6.5, so that contributes to this as well. Maybe youth does too, being 30, but I'm thinking a device that utilizes a belt, and then only covers the cock would be my ideal (think Halloween fake nose with an elastic lol). Sure if it could grow with me but be thick enough to make stimulation difficult that would be miraculous, but still. My wife, seeing as we want to procreate sometime soon, is constantly concerned about my balls and the pain, and just their general inability to self regulate temperature unimpeded.

So to summarize, somebody invent a device that is a cross between a belt and a cage, or a cage that grows with you but is thick enough to remove easy stimulation. aaaaannnnndddd go!
