For us it was a process of years. We got into Tantric/Karezza and focused on her orgasm during sex. The trick is to ignore your own orgasm or need for it, and truly focus on hers as the only orgasm that's going to happen. Once you reach a point where you are 100% focused on her, then stuff like not cumming after a long chastity period becomes easier. Years ago, I did have weeks in chastity between sex sessions, and it is hard. Having practised Tantric, both in sex and masturbation/edging helped. If I were doing it again, in terms of chastity, I would probably do what we do now, and that is have me put a strap-on, on and provide her with penetration that way, and take some form of stimulation when unlocked as my pleasure.

I've just always been this way. If I do not allow myself to orgasm as quickly as I can (which is usually in the 5 minute range) I can pretty much just go on forever. Its actually a bit annoying. I do find that after extended chastity I'm particularly sensitive and though I still have the ability to not orgasm too quickly, after a few minutes my skin feels overly sensitive (not unlike how it feels right after an orgasm) and the desensitizing cream and/or extended pleasure condoms did help. I haven't used them in a long time, as my wife who used to put them on me a few years ago and I have separated, and the woman I'm seeing now has not expressed any interest in that.

FWIW, if you do use the desensitizing cream or condoms, I suggest not putting the condom down all the way and putting a second regular one over it. Otherwise you risk making her desensitized too.
