That really depends on what your need is. I agree, I wouldn't want to *never* be let out but I do like for "once in a while" to really be once in a very long while. My idea of teasing is probably a bit different than yours though. For me, my wife saying "No, not a chance (of getting out)" is a great tease and can be satisfying for weeks sometimes.
