This has been a fundamental change for us since starting with OD/MC.

Whereas before I would usually initiate foreplay, bring Chatelaine to orgasm and then fuck her until spent (I've rarely gone twice since my twenties), it now is very much the case that she will drain my balls before starting me off on her. It isn't always easy to push back the physiological effects of having just cum to give my best efforts to her but mostly I feel that I have acquitted myself well enough in this regard.

I think that it is due to post-orgasmic sensitivity that she prefers it this way rather than a dislike of PIV (although that took a downturn for both of us post-childbirth) but she knows it's a one-shot session and this is how she likes it.
