Thank you Mr. Herbi. I did find a pee technique over the last two days that has kept the urine away from my sack. This thing is so small there is no difficulty keeping the pee hole lined up with the center space on the cage even without a foreskin. I think the issues will be more about the continued moisture in the folds that do not get into the air when washing in the shower. In the jail bird I can get everything dry while in the cage. But this is going to likely hold moisture and create stinky skin and then rash. I’ll know more after 48. Seems my key holder is pleased with me in this cage so I’ll have plenty of time to experiment and report back. Also key data point is that I am riding a bicycle (indoors) daily so I need to be cage free to do that exercise. So stinky issues aren’t the biggest problem at this point. If I need to stay caged for a week or more straight then a stinky issue may be a bigger issue than now. But I’m just super sensitive to putting off fowl odors.

I can understand miss Emmie’s perspective on the view of a man with this cage installed. My holder seemingly has the same views. Just rolling with it. Fun to explore despite the fact I no longer have any signs of my most favorite piece male anatomy showing. But that’s the entire point, I suppose. Sigh.
MM Jail Bird 11 months straight until January 5. Now it is locked in HOD S160 small as “requested”. It’s…. Different.

Thanks! I did try one of those saddles. Did not work for me. But I will admit that even if it did I’m not sure it’s worth it as discussed in the post right above the one your flagged….

Hi there. I have a Urethral type of cage from House of Denial... Have you had any issues with urine infections? What's the longest you've worn it for and what's your cleaning regime?

TIA Roger

Hey there.
So. No problems ever. Never had a uti.
I have had a urethral for three years 24/7. It is always in apart from when I am allowed to come out. Lets say 10 minutes a month on average and falling.

Cleaning regime?
I shower with the cage on. I am not allowed to take it off when showering. I'm serious about the 10 minutes.

The uretheral cleaning regime : I pee though it.
Pee is designed to fight uti's that is why pee has amonia and the reason we don't generally get a uti in the first place.

Stainless steel is not compatible with uti's.. think about it.

Because I have a uretheral, pee is pissed away so no issues with peeing in the cage, on the bars or on my balls ect.

Honestly. I believe Its the best decision I ever made.
Secure second only to a piercing and I can pee normally anywhere.

Maybe check my thread on transition to uretheral tube.

Hope this helps.
Best of luck.

One thing I noted is that the HoD cages have silicon urethral tubes wheres the Ternence versions (which I beleive @Mr Pickle has ) although seemingly identical cages, have stainless tubes.

I suspect the stainless are better from what I've read. Ive only briefly tried a silicon tube and found it uncomfortable. My wife hates the idea so no further experiments.

Stainless steel only. The silicon are a disaster, badly made and cause bleeding.

You can buy the steel urethrals separately

I am not a medical expert. I get the appeal of an insertable tube to help keep things in place, but nothing will convince me that they are safe for long term wear.

I always remember reading about Thumper’s experience. At first, he thought the idea was very, very exciting. He justified it by saying that it’s a risk / reward matrix, and we all make those choices everyday. He decided the risk was worth the reward. Until he got, and suffered through, a UTI. After that, he was adamant that the risk was NOT worth the reward.

I used to dabble with sounding. Always boil and sterilized before and after use. I also stored my sounding tools in alcohol.

Never had a uti but I also drank large amounts of cranberry juice and water afterwards just in case.
