I have a steelworxx steel heart with 45 and 42mm split base rings. I've only used the 45mm one. Longest lockup was about 36 hrs. I did have a sore on my sack about the location of the split in the a-ring so not been able to go back in for the past few days. It was quite painful and the relief felt when getting the device off was mainly about pain reduction. The tube portion is 100 mm long and fills up when i pee. I would say its impossible to clean when its on as the cage is quite snug. Sometimes part of my foreskin pokes out the bottom which nips and also makes urination more difficult.
I'm thinking i should have gone with a solid base ring and a more open design. Leaning towards a mature metal jailbird.
Anyone have any opinions? Anyone else had both?
