It's been say 30 days since you've been unlocked and allowed a full orgasm, your KH gives you a couple options on day 30; give yourself a full orgasm OR your KH will give you an expertly crafted ruined orgasm.

Note: You have to choose wisely because your decision MAY affect how long you will have to wait for a full orgasm the next time!

Ruined. I'm a bit of a masochist and the frustration is attractive. I've recently gone for several months with just a ruined/stifled O each month.
