We have been at it for about 2.5 years with a few breaks but mostly wearing the cage 24/7. When she gives me the option I choose not to wear it, but I am happier with it on.

My wife and I have been experimenting with this for a few months now. We initially started with an inexpensive device that could only be worn for a few hours at a time. I am currently wearing a steelworxx crossfire that I find much more comfortable for long term wear.
