Just came around your thread and idea.. sounds very interesting to me. I'm also a grower plus I have rather big balls which allow a lot (too much) room for growing and ending in rather painful erections when using ball trap devices. Had quite some different styles (all chinese stainless steel) but it was all the same.... so I'm still trapped between the idea of piercing or a custom made ball-trap device (and expert taking size). your device would take the benefits of both worlds

Maybe this is off-topic? I also grew tired of the discomfort of testie ring designs. I have designed a "shaft-only" device (https://www.chastityforums.com/viewtopic.php?t=65007) with a BadAssWorkRoom lockable wand (https://bawrpro.com/products/l-shape-pa ... cking-ring). I have a well healed PA piercing since many years so to leave that opening creates some mess when peeing. Better to use it and also plug it. Today my design has developed slightly with a larger lockable wand, now 8.5mm outside dia and 5mm bore. The larger dia and bore seals it towards glands to avoid leakage and also increases flow through it when peeing.

I can see where you are coming from with your design. If no piercing and no wish to get one your design is superior to any other. The short tubes with no lock is unusable as you can pull back without any force.

Still both these designs allow the wearer to achieve an orgasm with some effort. Some vibrations the member or prostate gets the machinery doing in no time.
