A cap? You mean the removable nut?

It is a pee through nut supplied. You can remove the urethral altogether.

I swapped this for a none removerable lock nut.

Our experience is limited to only 4 devices in total, and two of those are from a few years ago so I'm not even sure whether they should count.

I have to say though that the 3D Cobra looks like a favourite.

We not been doing this long enough yet to count as long term, but so far, it's hard to think of any negatives. I like it a lot.

Just reread this post thought it was funny how my requirements and needs have changed along with what I think is acceptable in fit and finish.
I've been wearing BA-34R for a while after getting three others from BA before it and now know what I was looking for all along.
I still look for new designs and have purchased some of them to try out, some being totally useless while others have some possibilities for play time use, but always go back to the BA designed units.
KH on occasions will tell me to change into one she had picked out, some because she just likes them, others because she knows she can tease me better through the cage while others is just because she wants to show me who's in charge and likes to watch me become uncomfortable and see how long I'll take it before being made to beg her to remove it, she never tells me how long she will leave me locked in it but I trust her knowing if it becomes too uncomfortable she will let me change into something else.
Most of the units that just didn't work have been retired or modified for testing and are kept out of her sight and she knows this so she doesn't require me to wear them.
